Terms and conditions
I understand and accept, that in the event I decide to cancel my reservation and a written notice is e-mailed, mailed or
 faxed to you two or more weeks prior to my arrival date, a service charge of 15% will be applied to my credit card.
If however, I notify you of my intent to cancel less than two weeks, but more than 48 hours prior to my arrival date, I 
will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first three days or 35% of the total cost of my accommodation, 
whichever is greater. If I fail to show up at all, then I will be charged the full cost for the duration of my reservation.

NOTE: All fields indicated in red must be completed.
  * Check out time for all accommodations is 12:00 noon.
Therefore, the departure day is not charged, 
if you intend to depart before 12:00 noon.
